Peter Teufl serves as the founder and CEO of A-SIT Plus GmbH, specializing in information security and cryptography. After completing his PhD in 2012 at ISEC (formerly IAIK), he established A-SIT Plus as a spin-off company of the A-SIT association.
Thomas Zefferer joined ISEC (formerly IAIK) in 2007. He is Senior IT Security Expert at A-SIT Plus as well as a director of SIC (Stiftung Secure Information and Communication Technologies). He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from Graz University of Technology. Thomas’s primary expertise is in security analyses, e-government, and mobile security.
Felix Hörandner is working as Senior IT Security expert at A-SIT Plus. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from Graz University of Technology. After joining ISEC (formerly IAIK) in 2015, he formerly worked at the Austrian E-Government Innovation Center (EGIZ) and Secure Information Technology Center Austria (A-SIT). His main research interests lie at the intersection of cloud computing, identity management, data sharing, and advanced cryptographic mechanisms with the aim of achieving user-friendly solutions.
Christian Kollmann received his Master’s degree (Dipl.-Ing.) in Computer Science from Graz University of Technology where he specialized on IT Security and Software Development. He currently works as a Senior IT Security Expert at A-SIT Plus, where he focuses on design and implementation of secure systems in mobile and cloud environments.
Bernd Prünster received his PhD degree in computer science from Graz University of Technology in 2021 and a master’s degree in computer science from Graz University of Technology in 2016. He currently works as Senior IT Security Expert at A-SIT Plus, where he shaped the company’s open-source strategy. With a decade of experience in professional software development and applied IT security research, he developed a keen sense of how and when to adopt emerging technologies for fun and profit.
Christof Rabensteiner completed his MSc at ISEC (formerly IAIK), Graz University of Technology. He developed IT security experience after multiple years performing research and software development with a focus on eGovernment. Christof currently works as an IT Security Expert at A-SIT Plus.
Manfred Scheucher is working as IT Security expert at A-SIT Plus. After his studies in Computer Science and Technical Mathematics at TU Graz, he completed a PhD in Mathematics and led a DFG-funded project at TU Berlin, where he specialized in combining classic mathematical concepts with computer-assisted proving techniques — particularly SAT solvers — and the power of computing clusters.
